Having experienced growing up in an environment where most kids dropped out of school for different reasons, I would like to see children overcome those barriers and do better for themselves.

Victor Kangwa

Victor Kangwa is a versatile professional with expertise in monitoring and evaluation (M&E), project management, and theology. He is pursuing a PhD in Theology and MPhil in M&E, with a focus on health projects in low-resource settings. Victor has served as a District Hub Data Coordinator at CIDRZ, enhancing M&E systems and data-driven decision-making. He also lectures at Faith Christian University, in theology, project management, and teaching methodology. His diverse skills in counseling, data analysis, and organizational leadership are supported by numerous certifications. Victor is deeply committed to professional growth, service excellence, and the protection of children's rights and well-being.
